From the bitterness that cuts through the fat, the hops that accentuate the heat, to the roasted malts that matches the grilling of meats, IPAs are fantastic with food when paired right. We at Beerthirst have always been known for the wide variety of India Pale Ales in our portfolio, so we decided we’re going to do a beer dinner completely dedicated to IPAs. Well, what better people to team up with to put on this epic beer dinner, than a celebrity chef from the Food Network and his team.
Yes! We are very excited to announce that Tuesday July 31st is our American IPA Dinner at Ensemble Tap! Chef Dale Mackay and Bradley Hendrickson will prepare 4 spectacular dishes to pair with IPAs by Elysian, Bear Republic, Green Flash, and Alameda Brewing.
