So you think you’re a hop head? Well, you haven’t had hops until you try the Palate Wrecker by Green Flash Brewing! It’s the most complicated West Coast-inspired IPA that Green Flash has ever brewed. The mashing and sparging of the malts are with hopped wort, and there’s tons and tons of hops in this beer! The result is a 9.5% ABV monster at 100+ IBUs. This beer truly lives up to its name: Palate Wrecker.
This beer will be available in 650ml bottles at select private liquor stores in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, and we got some kegs of it too! Pumphouse Pub, Alibi Room, St. Augustine’s, Darby’s Pub, and the Granville Room will have the Palate Wrecker on tap. So give them a shout to see when they’ll be tapping it.
